Tortilla Soup

Tortilla Soup
(recipe provided by Nourishing Hearts!)

1 (28 ounces) diced tomatoes
1 (8 ounces) tomato paste
2 (14 1/2 ounces) black or pinto beans
2 (14 1/2 ounces) corn
1 package taco seasoning
1 package dry ranch dip seasoning
1/2 cup salsa
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded

Combine ingredients and mix well. Freeze.

To Serve: thaw and ADD 1 cup water. Heat and simmer to blend flavors. Serve.
